MONTHLY MINDFUL MAMAS GROUP


Mamas, do you keep finding yourself saying, “I'll start putting myself first when I have more time,” but that day just keeps getting pushed back? Do you keep telling yourself, “I’ll get the support I need when things go back to normal,” but feel more stressed wondering if things will actually ever feel normal?

Mama, me too.

As parents, many of us are feeling exhausted, anxious and overwhelmed — that’s why I’ve launched a monthly mindful mamas group. This virtual community will be all about connecting with a group of compassionate mamas and implementing the importance of self-care. All of the content is built to navigate on your own time, without added pressure of more deadlines!

  • Introspective journaling prompts, to discover more about yourself, your stress patterns, and how to release them
