This 10-person, 4-week digital course is designed for healers, lightworkers and wellness practitioners looking to break free of self-sabotaging habits and experience a deeper connection to themselves, and the people they serve. The curriculum offers the opportunity to explore self-care practices, connect with fellow empaths, and nurture your mind, body and spirit.

Do you keep finding yourself saying, “I'll start focusing on myself when I’m making more money / feeling settled / have more time,” but that day just keeps getting pushed back? Do you keep repeating self-sabotaging storylines like, “I’m not as knowledgeable as other healers” and “I need to be doing more?” 

I am right there with you, always being hard on myself. 

As a mindset coach and entrepreneur, it’s a constant reminder to be kinder towards myself, and to repeat affirming storylines like, “I have access to an abundance of knowledge” and “I am allowing myself to receive more.” My self-compassion practice has released so much anxiety and ignited more creativity, helping me align with my bigger desires, like launching Heal Good Collective. This is why I’m here to support you on your self-love journey.

  • (4) 90-minute group video calls, Saturdays, 11AM - 12:30PM EST, to discuss topics around self-love

  • (4) meditation recordings, to create an accessible and consistent self-compassion practice

  • (2) 30-minute 1:1 coaching calls, to explore your self-sabotaging patterns and set them free

     

  • Community of compassionate humans, to connect, and support each other, in a non-judgmental space

     

  • Powerful self-love tools and resources, and weekly check-ins with access to mindfulness content and videos
